Abstract: The integration of digital therapeutics into psychiatric nursing has revolutionized mental health care delivery.Mobile applications, artificial intelligence (AI), and virtual cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) platforms are reshaping traditional treatment paradigms.This review explores how digital interventions are being employed in psychiatric nursing for conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders.It examines their clinical efficacy, usability, ethical considerations, and challenges in adoption.The paper highlights the need for psychiatric nurses to be equipped with digital literacy and emphasizes personalized, data-driven care through AI-driven technologies.
