Acne: Even With Current Medications, There Can Be Complications

Abstract: With the introduction of isotretinoin in 1982, acne became a well-controlled dermatosis. However, patients are not free from the risk of complications during treatment. We report a case in which the same patient with acne developed rare complications during treatment.
