Abstract: The current research aims to identify the obstacles related to students' and faculty members' proficiency skills, material aspects and infrastructure for the use of e-learning, by focusing on describing the obstacles to the use of e-learning at Bani Waleed University. The research problem is identifying the challenges and obstacles that limit the use of e-learning within Bani Waleed University. The researcher relied on the use of the descriptive case study approach, which combines description and analysis of the primary data collected by a specially prepared questionnaire.
