Abstract: The Kepler Group is primarily composed of public elementary and high school teachers and is dedicated to promoting astronomy education through the design and development of educational resources. In the initial, long phase, some enthusiastic teachers organized as- tronomy activities for students outside of the school schedule and built various models and instruments. Given the success of these initiatives, educational authorities were involved, and the Fuenlabrada Astronomy Classroom was created with its own building housing all the teaching resources developed over 30 years of work. Currently, five people make up the Classroom»s staff which provides its facilities and materials to school groups from the entire educational community of Madrid. Currently, around 30 000 students are admitted during each school year.
