Abstract: 数学是科学技术的基础，数学师范教育是国家教育的重要组成，教育信念是数学教师应对职业倦怠和人工智能挑战的有利法宝之一。本文运用层次分析法对数学师范生教育信念影响因素的权重进行研究，构建影响数学师范生教育信念的因素指标，对各因素间的成对比较矩阵计算获得各指标的权重，并针对结果分别提出相应的提升教育信念的对策。Mathematics is the foundation of science and technology, and mathematics teacher education is an important component of national education. Educational belief is one of the advantageous tools for mathematics teachers to cope with professional burnout and artificial intelligence challenges. In this paper, the analytic hierarchy process is used to study the weight of factors affecting the educational belief of mathematics normal university students. The factor indicators that affect the educational belief of mathematics normal university students are constructed, the weights of each indicator are obtained by calculating the paired comparison matrix between the factors, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to improve the educational beliefs based on the results.
