Mathematical Modeling of the Process of Milk Pasteurization by Infrared Radiation Energy
Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: This article is devoted to the development of a mathematical model of the process of milk pasteurization by infrared heating. To achieve this goal, assumptions were made, a calculation scheme of an infrared milk pasteurizer was selected, and a mathematical model of the process of milk pasteurization by infrared heating was developed. The proposed mathematical model is a system of first-order differential equations composed of the condition of thermal equilibrium in the "infrared pasteurizer - heat exchanger" system. The developed mathematical model can be used to determine the effect of the power and productivity of the pasteurizer on the temperature of milk heating. The data obtained can later be used to solve the problem of synthesizing an IR installation for a dairy mini-farm of a farm.
