Abstract: The study, conducted over two consecutive Rabi seasons (2017-18 and 2018-19) at the Research Farm and Laboratory of the Department of Vegetable Science, CCS Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar, aimed to assess the impact of drip irrigation and nitrogen fertigation on garlic quality. Results revealed significant effects on various quality parameters, with drip irrigation at IW/CPE 1.0 consistently yielding the highest values for dry matter, sulphur, nitrogen, crude protein, ascorbic acid, and total soluble solids.Furthermore, 80 kg/ha nitrogen fertigation in combination with drip irrigation at IW/CPE 1.0 produced the most favorable outcomes for these parameters. Interaction effects were observed, particularly enhancing sulphur content, nitrogen content, and total solublesolids. Notably, no significant interaction was found for dry matter, crude protein, and ascorbic acid content.
