Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article explores theoretical approaches and practical mechanisms for optimizing management processes in non-governmental organizations (NGOs) amid digital transformation. The study confirms a positive correlation between an organization’s level of digital maturity and the effectiveness of its management processes. An integrated model of comprehensive optimization is developed, encompassing strategic, tactical, and operational management levels. It includes functional audits, the introduction of digital tools, process automation, and mechanisms to enhance transparency. A phased implementation methodology is proposed, considering limited resources and the high volatility of the external environment.
