Abstract: року Connec琀椀on of the publica琀椀on with planned research works. The work is a fragment of the research project «Improvement of diagnos琀椀cs and treatment tac琀椀cs for acute infec琀椀ous diseases based on the assessment of their clinical and pathogene琀椀c characteris琀椀cs», state registra琀椀on number 0124U000091. Introduc琀椀on.Improving the e昀昀ec琀椀veness and con琀椀nuous development of medical educa琀椀on is one of the most important tasks of modern Ukrainian society.Despite the serious challenges of today -including ac琀椀ve military opera-琀椀ons, constant air raid alerts, and power outages -medical educa琀椀on remains e昀昀ec琀椀ve, thanks to the ongoing search for new approaches. Thus, various forms of the educa琀椀onal process are being introduced -full-琀椀me, distance and blended learning, depending on geographical loca琀椀on -and new teaching methods are being sought [1].The rapid forced transi琀椀on to distance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic placed increased demands on all par琀椀cipants in the educa琀椀onal process to quickly adapt to new forms of learning for which they were not prepared, especially in the area of clinical competence development [2].In 2022, when most countries around the world began to return to standard forms of educa琀椀on, war broke out in Ukraine, which simultaneously halted all educa琀椀onal processes for several weeks. However, a昀琀er a short pause, the educa琀椀onal process resumed, 昀椀rst in a distance learning format, then in a blended learning format, and 昀椀nally in a face-to-face format in regions located far from the areas of ac琀椀ve combat opera琀椀ons. The Ministry of Educa琀椀on and Science of Ukraine in its le琀琀er No. 1/3417-22 dated 10 March 2022, "On the comple琀椀on of the educa琀椀onal process," the Ministry of Educa琀椀on and Science of Ukraine pointed out the importance of resuming the educa琀椀onal process and preparing for the end of the academic year in voca琀椀onal and higher educa琀椀on ins琀椀tu琀椀ons, and developed recommenda琀椀ons for educators on op琀椀mising the provision of educa琀椀onal services in the context of distance learning [3].The process of adap琀椀ng to distance learning proved to be extremely di昀케cult for both medical students and teachers, given the need to apply new speci昀椀c teaching and learning methods. For distance learning to be successful, it requires stable access to Internet resources, digital literacy among all par琀椀cipants in the educa琀椀onal process, and the introduc琀椀on of new approaches and opportuni琀椀es for organising the educa琀椀onal process in medical educa琀椀onal ins琀椀tu琀椀ons [4].
