Abstract: 新文科背景下，社会工作专业人才培养正经历重大转型，以适应新时代社会需求。本研究深入分析当前高素质应用型社会工作人才培养在课程设置、实践教学、师资队伍和职业指导等方面存在的问题，并基于新文科建设理念，探索以优化课程设置、强化实践教学、加强师资队伍建设、完善职业指导与服务为核心的改革路径。通过构建理论与实践紧密结合、校社协同育人的新模式，为我国社会工作教育的进步提供理论依据和实践指导，培养更多高素质应用型专业人才，满足社会对社会工作服务的需求。Against the backdrop of the New Liberal Arts, the cultivation of social work professionals is undergoing a significant transformation to meet the needs of the new era. This study deeply analyzes the existing problems in the cultivation of high-quality applied social work talents, including curriculum design, practical teaching, faculty, and career guidance. Based on the concept of New Liberal Arts construction, it explores a reform path centered on optimizing curriculum design, strengthening practical teaching, enhancing faculty development, and improving career guidance and services. By constructing a new model that closely integrates theory and practice, and fosters collaborative education between universities and social service agencies, this study aims to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the advancement of social work education in China. It seeks to cultivate more high-quality applied professionals to meet the societal demand for social work services.
