Abstract: 在电子商务蓬勃发展的背景下，企业信息化建设成为提升竞争力的关键。本文探讨电子商务与企业信息化的内涵、关系及实践路径。电子商务具有便捷性、高效性等特点，其发展推动企业运营模式变革，而企业信息化通过数据管理、流程优化等为电子商务奠定基础，二者相互促进。当前我国电子商务规模持续扩大，但面临安全、物流等挑战；企业信息化虽取得进展，但存在认识不足、投入短缺、系统集成难等问题。企业需从战略规划、技术创新、管理优化、人才培养及政策保障等方面构建信息化路径，以适应电子商务环境，实现可持续发展。In the context of the vigorous development of e-commerce, enterprise information construction has become the key to enhancing competitiveness. This article explores the connotations, relationships, and practical paths of e-commerce and enterprise information. E-commerce has the characteristics of convenience and efficiency, and its development promotes the transformation of enterprise operation models. Enterprise information lays the foundation for e-commerce through data management and process optimization, and the two promote each other. Currently, the scale of e-commerce in China continues to expand, but it faces challenges such as security and logistics; although enterprise information has made progress, it still has problems such as insufficient understanding, a shortage of investment, and difficulty in system integration. Enterprises need to construct an information path from strategic planning, technological innovation, management optimization, talent cultivation, and policy guarantees to adapt to the e-commerce environment and achieve sustainable development.
