Abstract: 相邻关系是城乡居民最为重要的法律关系，邻里之间总会抬头不见低头见。和睦的邻里关系可以提高相邻双方的幸福指数，促进日常生活各种棘手问题的解决。同时也正是因为距离空间近，必然会滋生相邻纠纷。实践中也不缺因为日常相邻琐碎纠纷而引发的刑事案件，最终相邻双方对薄公堂成冤家的案例。因此，为了将相邻纠纷化解在萌芽状态，维系和谐邻里关系，笔者将相邻纠纷的化解与新时代“枫桥经验”相结合，充分发挥基层群众以及基层单位的力量，发挥各自优势，协同处理相邻纠纷，构建和谐邻里关系，促进和谐社会秩序的建设。Neighboring relations constitute one of the most critical legal relationships for urban and rural residents, as neighbors inevitably interact frequently in daily life. Harmonious neighborly relations can enhance the well-being of both parties and facilitate the resolution of various practical challenges in daily life. However, due to their close physical proximity, neighboring disputes are prone to arise. In practice, there are numerous cases where trivial daily disputes between neighbors have escalated into criminal incidents, ultimately leading to legal confrontations and estrangement between the parties involved. Therefore, to address neighboring disputes at their inception and maintain harmonious neighborly relations, this study integrates the resolution of neighboring disputes with the “Fengqiao Experience” in the new era. By leveraging the strengths of grassroots communities and units, it advocates for collaborative efforts to handle neighboring disputes, harnessing their respective advantages. This approach aims to foster harmonious neighborly relations and contribute to the construction of a harmonious social order.
