Year: 2025
Type: article
Study design: Case Report
Abstract: Result: Ocular side effects of aspirin are rare, especially retinal damage. We report a case of a 69-year-old patient who presented with decreased visual acuity after taking aspirin. Clinical examination revealed a spontaneous sub-macular hemorrhage. Early treatment restored good visual acuity. However, monitoring is essential, as complications are frequent.
