Abstract: A function that is holomorphic in a set E, in the complex plane, is called p-valent in E if, for every complex number, w, the equation f (z) = w has, at most, p roots in E. In this paper, we established some sufficient conditions for holomorphic functions in the unit disk |z| < 1 to be at most p-valent in the unit disk or p-valent or p-valent starlike in the unit disk.
