Abstract: A research roadmap is a strategic plan used to guide and organize faculty research activities within an academic program. However, Industrial Engineering Program of Universitas AKPRIND Indonesia has not yet developed its own research roadmap, even though research activities have been routinely conducted by the faculty members. Therefore, to improve the quality of research implementation, it is necessary to establish a research roadmap for the program. The development of this roadmap can be based on the major research themes that have been carried out by the faculty members of the Bachelor's Degree Program in Industrial Engineering at Universitas AKPRIND Indonesia. The large volume of research data and publications from the Industrial Engineering faculty presents a challenge in identifying these major research themes. Data mining is one method that can be used to manage such a large amount of data. This study will perform clustering of research themes and publications from the faculty of the Industrial Engineering Program at Universitas AKPRIND Indonesia as a basis for evaluating the program's research roadmap. With the existence of a research roadmap, a clear and structured guide can be provided to support more effective and improved research development within the study program. The results of the study identified seven major research themes: Product Quality Control, Maintenance and Reliability Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Data Mining, System Modeling and Simulation, Special Topics (such as situational analysis during the COVID-19 pandemic), and other themes such as ergonomics, decision analysis, consumer satisfaction evaluation, inventory planning, and performance evaluation
