Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk on investment decisions, as well as the ability of economic uncertainty to moderate the effect of financial risk on investment decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data source in this study was obtained from the official IDX website. The population of this study was 16 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2023 period. And accompanied by the sampling criteria which resulted in 10 samples being studied. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is secondary data. Then the data collection technique used in this study is documentation. The results of this study are that financial risk has a positive and significant effect on investment decisions. Economic uncertainty is able to moderate the effect of financial risk on investment decisions, namely being able to significantly strengthen the moderation of the relationship between financial risk and investment decisions.
