Abstract: Bispecific antibodies represent a new weapon in the solid tumor oncology armamentarium. In gastric cancer, where available targeted therapies are restricted to a minority of patients, bispecific antibodies may provide much needed new targeted options. This commentary discusses the main constructs and targets of bispecific antibodies in development for gastric cancer.
