Abstract: 壮剧生动地展现了壮族人民的生活面貌，蕴含着壮族人民对美好生活的期望，是壮族文化的瑰宝，具有极高的文学价值。而《北路壮剧传统剧目精选》(后简称为《北路壮剧》)作为壮族文化典籍，在推动壮剧走向世界的进程中发挥着巨大作用。本文基于布迪厄社会学理论，选取壮族文化典籍《北路壮剧》作为研究对象，从布迪厄社会学中的场域、资本和惯习三个层面对北路壮族典籍的英译策略进行研究，旨在推动壮族文化走向世界，促进中华传统文化的对外传播。Zhuang opera vividly reflects the daily life of the Zhuang people and embodies their aspirations for a better life. As a cultural treasure of the Zhuang ethnic group, it holds significant literary and artistic value. Selected Readings of Traditional Dramas of North Zhuang Opera (hereinafter referred to as North Zhuang Opera) is an important cultural classic of the Zhuang people and plays a vital role in promoting Zhuang opera on the global stage. Drawing upon Bourdieu’s sociological theory, this study takes North Zhuang Opera as the primary object of analysis and explores English translation strategies from the three dimensions of Bourdieu’s sociological theory—field, capital, and habitus. It aims to enhance the international dissemination of Zhuang culture and contribute to the broader promotion of traditional Chinese culture abroad.
