Abstract: 在全面推进乡村振兴，深入贯彻实施国家网络强国、数字中国、电商兴农大背景下，农产品电商越来越重要。但是因为农产品本身具有易腐、鲜活等特点，电商领域普遍存在着束缚，加上近年来农产品电商金融科技的支持力度不足，因此在发展过程中有许多问题等待被解决。针对这些方面存在的问题，本文主要对其进行了分析探讨，并且还针对数字普惠金融赋能农产品电商的必要性以及具体路径进行了阐述，在此基础上结合现实中数字经济平台应用的产品功能为案例提供了关于优化数字金融服务、健全完善金融风险防控体系、建立健全完备的基础设施建设、加大数字金融相关专业人才培养等有关优化思路与建议。为全面推进乡村振兴战略提供有益参考和实践经验。In the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization, in-depth implementation of the national network, digital China, e-commerce and agriculture background, agricultural products e-commerce is increasingly important. However, because of the perishable, fresh and live characteristics of agricultural products themselves, there is a general constraint in the field of e-commerce, coupled with the lack of support for agricultural e-commerce financial technology in recent years, so there are many problems waiting to be solved in the development process. In view of these problems, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses them, and also elaborates on the necessity and specific path of digital financial inclusion empowering agricultural e-commerce, and on this basis, combines the reality of the digital economy platform application of the product function for the case to provide information on optimizing the digital financial services, improve the financial risk prevention and control system, establish a sound and complete infrastructure construction, and increase the training of professionals related to digital finance, and other related issues. Optimization of digital finance-related professional talent training and other related ideas and suggestions. It provides useful reference and practical experience for comprehensively promoting the strategy of rural revitalization.
