Abstract: To explore the application of big data in the construction of rural eco-civilization and provide a scientific decision-making basis for rural managers, this article constructs a Decision Support System (DSS). Based on the multi-dimensional assessment index system, this article designs an assessment model based on a Support Vector Machine (SVM) and develops a fully functional DSS. According to the output results of SVM model, the level of rural eco-civilization development is accurately evaluated. The experimental results show that the average scores of usability, accuracy, and practicability of the system are high, and more than 85% of users give an assessment of 90 points or above. The system can accurately evaluate rural eco-civilization development and provide targeted improvement suggestions for rural managers. It has important guiding significance and practical application value for rural eco-civilization development.
