Abstract: In this paper, the information coding and decoding technology in the next-generation communication network are studied, and a new information coding technology scheme named "adaptive hierarchical coding" (AHC) is proposed. The scheme dynamically adjusts the coding strategy to adapt to different transmission environments and data requirements, thus improving coding efficiency and transmission performance. In addition, an efficient decoding algorithm "hierarchical progressive decoding algorithm" (HPDA) is proposed. Based on the hierarchical characteristics of new coding technology, this algorithm adopts a layered decoding strategy, which first decodes the basic layer information to ensure the rapid recovery of the core content. Then it decodes enhanced information layer by layer to gradually improve the details. The comparison of actual test data verifies the great potential and practical value of the new technology in the next-generation communication network.
