Gaze improvement was assessed using photographic analysis by measuring the ratio between pupil deviation and half of the scleral exposure width. By hospital day 16, the horizontal gaze palsy had completely resolved. Conclusion: Traditional Korean medicine may be beneficial for treating horizontal gaze palsy associated with cerebral infarction.
