Abstract: 世界文学的组成部分较多，其中比较关键的一项组成因素是英美文学，在诸多经典作品中承载着丰富的历史文化内涵，并且能够将非常独特的语言艺术魅力展现出来。英美文学作品的特点鲜明，主要体现在语言风格、主题表达、叙事结构等多个方面。系统功能语言学作为十分关键的一种语言研究理论，其充分发挥作用能为实际运用语言提供一种动态研究视角。在系统功能语言学理论的作用下，既能打破传统形式主义的静态研究局限性的束缚，也能着重强调语言在特定语境中的多样性和复杂性。英美文学赏析中应用系统功能语言学的优势显著，不仅可以对语言与文学意义之间的深层关联进行揭示，也可以为读者深度理解文学作品内涵、了解时代背景提供帮助，甚至能够为读者提供系统科学的分析框架。本文将系统功能语言学理论的相关内容作为切入点，结合主要特征展开阐述，针对系统功能语言学视角下如何进行英美文学赏析进行全面探讨。There are many components of world literature, among which a key factor is English and American literature, which carries rich historical and cultural connotations in many classic works and can showcase very unique linguistic and artistic charm. The characteristics of English and American literary works are distinct, mainly reflected in language style, thematic expression, narrative structure, and other aspects. Systemic functional linguistics, as a crucial language research theory, can provide a dynamic research perspective for the practical application of language. Under the influence of systemic functional linguistics theory, it can not only break the constraints of traditional formalism’s static research limitations, but also emphasize the diversity and complexity of language in specific contexts. The advantages of applying systemic functional linguistics in the appreciation of English and American literature are significant. It can not only reveal the deep relationship between language and literary meaning, but also provide readers with assistance in understanding the connotation of literary works and the background of the times. It can even provide readers with a systematic and scientific analytical framework. This article takes the relevant content of systemic functional linguistics theory as the starting point, and elaborates on its main features to comprehensively explore how to appreciate English and American literature from the perspective of systemic functional linguistics.
