Abstract: Long-term monitoring of the Galactic center in the near-IR allowed us to identify there regular structures in the form of orthogonal disks populated by young S stars. Simulation of the dynamical evolution of a S-cloud demonstrates the action of its perturbing potential, which chaotizes the orbits of S stars on the scale of 100 000 years. The mechanisms of orbital regularization in time are discussed: resonance relaxation, perturbing body factor.
