Boundary-value problem for a nonlocal in time and space fractional-differential analogue of the biparabolic evolutionary equation

Abstract: In this work, the formulation and solution of a nonstationary boundary value problem for a fractional-differential analog (with nonlocality in the temporal and spatial variables) of the wellknown biparabolic evolutionary partial differential equation of the fourth order are presented. Additionally, the conditions for the existence of a regular solution to the specified problem are provided.
