Abstract: Hesitant fuzzy sets and soft sets have attached more researchers attention in dealing with uncertainty and vagueness but the range of their application is limited. To enlarge this range, we introduce the concept of bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets which are combined by the bipolar fuzzy sets, hesitant fuzzy sets and soft sets. We study some basic properties and operations on bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets. Also, we give an algorithm and some examples to illustrate decision making problems by using bipolar hesitant fuzzy soft sets.
