Abstract: 本研究は、年代別および役職別に新入社員教育への意識を調査し、OJT、徒弟制度、生成AI活用の評価を定量的に検証した。統計解析の結果、現役社員における年代間で見た差は小さい一方、管理職と他役職間で有意な意識の差が認められた。これにより、新入社員教育に対する相互理解が深まるための新たな知見となる。
