An Investigation into Personal Identification Method Using Estimated Center of Foot Pressure Lines Derived from Shoeprints

Abstract: 足跡の濃淡は，犯罪捜査における被疑者特定に寄与する可能性がある．本研究では，足跡から得られる足圧中心推定線を用いた個人識別について検討し，推定線を平均二乗誤差で評価した．足跡画像に対し，足跡強調のための3条件の処理を施し，統計解析により最適と判断された条件を適用した．加えて推定線を複数区間に分割することで精度向上を図った．結果，3分割時にFRR(本人拒否率)が4.76%，FAR(他人受入率)が62.1%であった．
