Abstract: 当社では、鉄道乗務員による高リスク事象を中心に全乗務員を対象として訓練を繰り返すことで再発防止に努めている。先行研究では、「自身に理解不足（弱点）がない」と誤解したまま訓練を終えている乗務員がいること」が明らかになったため、弱点を把握・克服できる訓練方法を開発したが、訓練に関わるリソースを多く要することが課題であった。本研究では実際の教育状況に即した訓練手法を開発し、有用性を確認した。
