Abstract: For the purpose of developing project documentation at the site, it is necessary to calculate compensatory measures for the clearing of green areas. For this purpose, the article considers the procedure and necessity of implementing co-pensing greening in Sochi. regulated by regulatory acts of different levels (federal law -7, 2695-Regional law, as well as Orders of public services in this field). To calculate the compensation payment on a construction site located in the Krasnodar region of the city-resort town of Sochi, village of Estosadok, dendrological studies were conducted. The result is a dendrological plan containing data on the location and number of green areas, including grass cover with a brief description (name, number, status of green areas). The area of dendrological studies is justified by the need to conduct an integrated assessment of the construction site and adjacent area, which is 0.4 hectares of which 300 square meters. m - construction site. The compensation payment calculation includes 10 tree species (alder, common grouper, southern dern and others) and covers 1,803,383.4 rubles. The compensation calculation does not include green plantations whose condition is assessed by specialists as unsatisfactory (dry, arboreal and shrubby trees), nor does it take into account crops and self-sowing.
