Abstract: Managing the profitability of an enterprise is one of the key tasks for any company striving for sustainable development and increasing its financial efficiency. In the conditions of the modern economy, where competition is becoming increasingly tough, and external factors can have a significant impact on activities, profitability management becomes especially important. To achieve stable growth, a company must not only increase sales volumes, but also optimize processes, minimize costs and competently manage financial flows. This requires constant analysis, prompt decision-making and the implementation of effective management and financial strategies.
