Abstract: The article presents a production plan for the cultivation and processing of sturgeon and eel species. It discusses key aspects of production organization, including the purchase of fry, the selection of feed and packaging materials, and the planning of product sales volumes. Special attention is given to technological processes, personnel management, and financial calculations, including capital investments and depreciation charges. The project aims to create a sustainable and profitable aquaculture enterprise with the potential for expanding production capacity.
