结果:循环组护理质量中消毒清洗(4.22 ± 0.36 vs 4.01 ± 0.39)分、护理文书(4.26 ± 0.43 vs 4.07 ± 0.39)分、工作落实(4.32 ± 0.31 vs 4.13 ± 0.32)分、服务态度(4.50 ± 0.41 vs 4.19 ± 0.37)分评分均高于控制组(t = 2.770, 2.291, 2.982, 3.929, P Objective: Exploring the effect of applying PDCA cycle nursing in digestive endoscopy examinations. Method: A total of 98 patients from the Endoscopy Center of Urumqi Friendship Hospital between January 2024 and December 2024 were selected as the sample. They were evenly divided into a control group (routine nursing care) and a cycle group (PDCA cycle nursing care) using the Excel table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the cycle group additionally underwent PDCA cycle nursing care. Relevant clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. Result: In the PDCA cycle nursing group, the quality assessment scores were significantly higher than those in the control group: disinfection and cleaning (4.22 ± 0.36 vs. 4.01 ± 0.39), nursing documentation (4.26 ± 0.43 vs. 4.07 ± 0.39), implementation of procedures (4.32 ± 0.31 vs. 4.13 ± 0.32), and service attitude (4.50 ± 0.41 vs. 4.19 ± 0.37) (t = 2.770, 2.291, 2.982, 3.929, respectively; P < 0.05). Additionally, the compliance rate and patient satisfaction were significantly higher in the PDCA cycle group compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Moreover, the incidence of adverse events was lower in the PDCA cycle group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: PDCA cycle nursing effectively enhances nursing quality and patient compliance, reduces the occurrence of adverse events, and improves patient satisfaction.
