Abstract: Highlights: Echocardiography is a safe tool for diagnosis of ALCAPA syndrome in pregnant patients with diagnostic clues . In this report, we present the case of a 21-year-old woman diagnosed with ALCAPA syndrome during pregnancy, based on echocardiographic findings. We also review the diagnostic process, pregnancy management, and treatment of the patient.
