Abstract: 本文综述了二肽基肽酶-4 (DPP-4)抑制剂在2型糖尿病(T2DM)治疗中的临床应用及其研究进展。DPP-4抑制剂通过抑制DPP-4酶活性，提高内源性胰高血糖素样肽-1 (GLP-1)水平，进而促进胰岛素分泌、抑制胰高血糖素释放，实现有效降低血糖。本文探讨了DPP-4抑制剂的作用机制、临床应用效果、安全性及未来研究方向，旨在为T2DM的治疗提供新的思路。This article reviews the clinical application and research progress of dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). DPP-4 inhibitors can increase the level of endogenous glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1) by inhibiting DPP-4 enzyme activity, thereby promoting insulin secretion, inhibiting glucagon release, and effectively reducing blood glucose. This article discusses the mechanism of action, clinical application effect, safety and future research direction of DPP-4 inhibitors, aiming to provide new ideas for the treatment of T2DM.
