Abstract: The purpose of the study is to determine the eff ectiveness of a diff erentiated approach to the organization of the educational and training process for wushu students at the initial training stage and the training stage, based on comprehensive pedagogical and physiological control. Methods and organization of research. Hand dynamometry, pedagogical testing to determine the level of development of physical qualities and assessment of physical performance, questionnaires and interviews with trainers. Research results and conclusions. A diff erentiated approach to the organization of the educational and training process in wushu at the stage of initial training and the training stage helps to increase the level development of physical qualities and physical performance.
