Abstract: Praise be to God who sent down the Book, and may blessings and peace be upon our master, the Messenger of God, and upon his family and companions, those who follow him, and after: Since the meanings are renewed, it is the role of the fundamentalists to make the ruling clear, even if it is speculative, and suspicion has degrees, some of which are strong and weak, and the one who asks the question is absolved of his obligation by imitating a scholar; However, the people of the highest rank who want the highest levels of rule in order to clear their conscience and raise their resolve to seek the pleasure of their Lord abandon the weak from seeking guidance to the strong, and from here the adoption of precaution has emerged, as it is the choice of the more reliable of the two arbitrators, and the talk about precaution has been supplemented by what Imam Ibn Qudamah stated in his book Al-Mughni from Take precaution.
