Abstract: This study aims to identify the relationship between the dimensions of organizational health and achievement motivation among workers at the Mother and Child Hospital in the city of Djelfa.The latter was done by identifying the level of organizational health dimensions and their level of achievement motivation.The study sample consisted of 30 employees who were randomly selected from the hospital mentioned above.Measures of organizational health and achievement motivation were also used to collect data, relying on the descriptive analytical approach.The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of organizational health and achievement motivation is average among employees who were randomly selected from the Mother and Child Hospital in the city of Djelfa.While the relationship showed no significance.Citation.Boumegouas B.,
