Abstract: “皮格马利翁效应”是一种强调发挥期待和激励作用的心理效应，教师在正确认识“皮格马利翁效应”的基础上，理解“皮格马利翁效应”在学生管理工作中的作用，提出“皮格马利翁效应”在学生管理工作中的运用策略，进一步优化学生管理工作。The “Pygmalion Effect” is a psychological effect that emphasizes the role of expectations and motivation. On the basis of a correct understanding of the “Pygmalion Effect”, teachers should understand the role of the “Pygmalion Effect” in student management, propose strategies for applying the “Pygmalion Effect” in student management, and further optimize student management work.
