Abstract: 数字化时代，用户阅读需求发生转变，传统纸媒面临多方挑战。本文以国内知名文摘类杂志《读者》为例，分析其2012年至今的数字化转型路径，以转型动因为切入点，探讨《读者》在用户思维驱动下的创新实践、转型不足与优化建议。面对新要求，《读者》以用户思维为导向的数字化转型探索，在焕发期刊新活力的同时，为其他传统期刊的转型提供了有益参考。In the digital era, the reading demands of users have undergone significant transformations, presenting traditional print media with unprecedented challenges. Taking the well-known domestic magazine DUZHE as an example, this paper focuses on its transformation path in the digital wave since 2012. The paper takes the driving force of transformation as the entry point, exploring the innovative practices, deficiencies, and optimization strategies of DUZHE under user-oriented thinking. In response to new demands, DUZHE has proactively embraced the digital wave, actively pursuing its user-oriented digital transformation. While rejuvenating this periodical, it has also provided a reference for the transformation of other traditional periodicals.
