Abstract: The key to rural revitalization lies in talent rejuvenation. Taking Yonghan Town, Longmen County, Guangdong Province as the research object, this paper puts forward a “1+N” high - quality new - type farmer cultivation system in response to the agricultural contradictions in its rural revitalization. The system takes “cultivating high - quality new - type farmer talents” as its core objective (“1”). Through hierarchical curriculum design, integration of industry and education innovation, a multi - collaborative mechanism, in - depth research on the talent market, and solving the problem of difficult talent mobility (“N”), it achieves precise cultivation. The construction and implementation of the “1+N” cultivation system for high - quality new - type farmers energizes and empowers the development of new - quality agricultural productivity, and further innovates the cultivation path.
