Evaluation on Innovation Support Effect of Sci-Tech Financial Policies for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

Abstract: Review the policy measures introduced at Fujian Provincial Level in the context of constructing Fujian into innovative province since 2016. Aiming at the effect of innovation support of SMEs, AHP method is used to establish an evaluation index system of sci-tech financial policies on SMEs' innovation. Based on the data of 197 SMEs’ view about satisfaction with financial policies issued by Fujian Province, the entropy method is used to evaluate the supporting effect of sci-tech financial policies on SMEs’ innovation, in order to find out the problems in policy supply and put forward solutions.
