Abstract: This research explores the unequal digital inclusion for visually challenged (VC) individuals, focusing on their technology preferences, in a rapidly expanding digital landscape that prioritizes mobile and AI backed technologies. Despite the widespread adoption of mobile devices, the study shows that VC individuals rely heavily on personal computers, despite the convenience and portability of smartphones.
