Transformation of Forms of Financial Provision of Small Business in Ukraine in the Conditions of Martial Law and Post-crisis Recovery

Abstract: The article examines the transformation of forms of financial support for small businesses in Ukraine during martial law and in the conditions of post-crisis recovery. The role of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises as a significant segment of the national economy is substantiated, and the impact of military aggression in Ukraine on their functioning is analyzed. The dynamics of financial support for MSMEs are considered, including state tax and credit instruments, international assistance and new alternative financing mechanisms. Key areas of effective reformatting of the financial infrastructure of small businesses taking into account modern challenges are identified. The study identified prospects for strengthening the financial stability of the business environment based on integration into the EU economic space. The study also paid attention to the digitalization of financial services and other aspects of financing.
