Abstract: 本文利用CiteSpace的可视化分析功能，梳理了近来数字领导力的研究发展情况。以2008~2025年中国知网收录的156篇文献作为研究对象，从其发文量、发文机构、关键词共现、关键词聚类和关键词突现等几个方面对相关研究的演化过程进行了分析。主要得出以下结论是：第一，数字领导力领域的研究始发于教育行业，逐渐形成了各领域共同发展的格局；第二，当前的研究热点主要包括“数字领导力”“数字化转型”“教育信息化”等；第三，本研究发现，论文的发文量自2020年开始大幅度增加，目前为止呈现出快速上升态势。本文对于后续学者研究数字领导力具有重要的参考意义。This paper uses CiteSpace’s visual analysis capabilities to sort out the recent research and development of digital leadership. Based on the 156 articles included in CNKI from 2008 to 2025, this paper analyzes the evolution process of related studies from the aspects of the number of papers, the institutions that publish the papers, the co-occurrence of keywords, the clustering of keywords and the emergence of keywords. The main conclusions are as follows: first, the research in the field of digital leadership started in the education industry, and gradually formed a pattern of common development in various fields; Second, the current research hotspots mainly include “digital leadership”, “digital transformation”, and “education informatization”. Third, this study found that the number of papers published has increased significantly since 2020 and has shown a rapid upward trend so far. This paper has important reference significance for follow-up scholars to study digital leadership.
