Abstract: 在中国矿业开发历史过程中，逐步积淀形成爱国、报国、强国，不畏艰难，科技创造的中国矿业精神。新时代矿业精神是矿业行业在长期发展实践中形成的宝贵精神财富，若将其融入城市地下工程思政建设，能为专业人才培养注入强大精神动力，实现专业知识教育与思想价值引领的有机统一。本文深入剖析矿业精神的时代内涵与特性，通过探讨其与城市地下工程思政建设在育人目标、内容、功能等方面的契合性，并从完善顶层设计、优化实施载体、强化师资队伍建设以及深化多方联动合作等方面构建实践路径，旨在为矿业类高校城市地下工程专业的特色思政建设提供理论依据与实践参考，并助力培养兼具专业知识与矿业精神的新时代创新人才，为我国城市地下工程建设事业的高质量发展提供坚实的人才保障。During the course of China’s mining development history, a spirit of patriotism, dedication to the country, and strengthening the nation, along with the courage to overcome difficulties and the spirit of technological innovation, has gradually accumulated and formed the Chinese mining spirit. The new era mining spirit is a precious spiritual wealth formed by the mining industry through long-term development practice. If it is integrated into the ideological and political construction of urban underground engineering, it can inject a powerful spiritual impetus into the cultivation of professional talents, achieving the organic unity of professional knowledge education and ideological value guidance. This article deeply analyzes the contemporary connotation and characteristics of the mining spirit, explores its compatibility with the ideological and political construction of urban underground engineering in terms of educational goals, content, and functions, and constructs practical paths from aspects such as improving top-level design, optimizing implementation carriers, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and deepening multi-party collaborative cooperation. The aim is to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the characteristic ideological and political construction of urban underground engineering in mining-related universities, and to help cultivate innovative talents with both professional knowledge and the mining spirit in the new era, providing a solid talent guarantee for the high-quality development of China’s urban underground engineering construction.
