The Construction of Practical Training Teaching System for Pharmacy Major Focusing on New Drug Research and Development

Abstract: 本文阐述了在高校药学专业开展新药研发实训教学的意义，探讨了如何通过围绕实际新药研发项目的实训课程的设置、多学科融合实训指导团队的建立和实训软硬件教学资源的整合与优化三个方面来构建一个高效实用的实训教学体系，旨在提升学生的创新思维，强化学生药学职业技能培养，满足学生融合式培养和任职的需求。This paper expounds the significance of carrying out practical training teaching for new drug research and development in pharmacy major of colleges and universities, and discusses how to construct an efficient practical training teaching system from three aspects: the setting of practical training courses focusing on actual new drug research and development projects, the establishment of a multidisciplinary integrated practical training guidance team, and the integration and optimization of practical training software and hardware teaching resources. The aim is to enhance students’ practical ability and innovative thinking, strengthen the cultivation of students’ pharmaceutical professional skills, and meet the needs of students’ integrated cultivation and employment.
