Abstract: In today's dynamic global markets, organizations face numerous challenges in staying competitive. Recognizing the significance of supply chain practices that enhance individual and joint performance with partners is crucial for maintaining competitiveness. This research aims to shed light on how supply chain practices impact organizational performance metrics and to uncover critical challenges and opportunities in optimizing supply chain operations. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this study gathers comprehensive insights into supply chain operations and how they affect the effectiveness of organizations. Surveys sent to a wide range of supply chain experts will be used to get quantitative and organizational leaders' information, focusing on supply chain practices, performance metrics, and perceived barriers and benefits. Qualitative insights into supply chain management complexities, barriers, and strategies will be drawn from existing literature. Data was analysed using thematic analysis to identify relationships between company success metrics and supply chain procedures. The study results aim to provide a thorough grasp of supply-chain patterns and how they affect organizational performance.
