Abstract: Purpose: C3 glomerulopathy (C3G), which includes C3 glomerulonephritis (C3GN) and dense deposit disease (DDD), is an aggressive glomerular disease with one of the highest rates of progression to end-stage kidney disease (ESKD). Recurrence after transplant (Tx) remains a significant challenge, contributing to graft dysfunction and loss. However, existing data on recurrence are primarily derived from small retrospective case series, with uncertainties about risk factors and therapeutic responses for C3G recurrence.
