Abstract: Purpose: After the first FDA approval of an ex-situ machine perfusion (MP) device on September 28, 2021, this technology is now widely utilized in liver transplantation to expand the donor pool, particularly in donation after circulatory death (DCD). This study aims to describe the patient factors and center-level variation associated with receiving MP among DCD recipients.
